Rotor’s syndrome
A rare, relatively benign autosomal recessive bilirubin disorder of unknown origin.
Idiopathic conjugated hyperbilirubinemia.
Symptoms:
- Chronic jaundice without evidence of hemplysis.
- Attacks of intermittent epigastric discomfort and abdominal pain may occur but are rare.
- There may be episodic fever.
